Everglades Half Marathon

This race, put on Vacation Races, was the first race that I ever had to travel for. It was the first time that I planned my vacation around a race rather than looking into finding a race where I was going. It was such a great experience. I had so much fun.

Fun fact: it’s also the last time that I ran in anything but ALTRA shoes.

EDIT: It has been pointed out that I ran one of the Sacramento CA races in Hoka Carbon Xs and that I have run a couple of events in shoes from INOV-8 and Topo Athletics.  I apologize for my oversight.
